Deborah Teresko Zurawski of Jamesport passed away suddenly at Peconic Bay Medical Center on May 20, 2015. She was 49.
Deborah was born April 10, 1966, in Greenport to Barbara (Berdinka) and Harold (Ted) Teresko.
Debbie is survived by her parents; her sisters, Donna Teresko and Cheryl Teresko (Peter Mastropoalo); her aunt Marion Fazio Johnson and uncle Steve Teresko. Debbie was predeceased by her husband, Robert Zurawski Sr. and stepson, Robert Zurawski Jr.
A memorial gathering will be scheduled for a later date.
Arrangements were in the care of DeFriest-Grattan Funeral Homes.
