William C. Kowalchuk Sr. of Peconic died Dec. 2 at Southampton Hospital. He was 56.
He was born Oct. 8, 1957, in Rockville Centre to Benjamin and Joan Kowalchuk and was employed as a machinist at Frequency Electronics in Uniondale.
Predeceased by his mother in June 2013, Mr. Kowalchuk is survived by his sons, Brandon and William Jr.; his father, of Peconic; his brother, Richard, of Virginia; and his sisters, Susan, of Pennsylvania, and Patricia, of Melville.
The family will receive visitors Wednesday, Dec. 4, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Coster-Heppner Funeral Home in Cutchogue. Cremation will be private.
